Dusty is handsome, strong, muscular buck with strong dairy characteristics in his lineage.  We didn’t expect to retain another herd sire, as we very pleased with the sires we have and didn’t expect to keep an additional buck.  He is a solid combination of his dam and sire, in addition to sporting an awesome beard, and has developed into such a fine specimen of a buck that we chose to keep him.  We used him to sire for the first time in  Autumn 2022.  Although he had a break in between, because we have several breeding bucks, we have used him again for the Spring 2025 Kidding Season.
