We are excited to have purchased two lovely does from Nancy Boling of Springwater Farm in Idaho, one of them being Balloon. We are so happy to add their genetics to our herd. Nancy had the honor of having one of her does chosen for the ADGA Spotlight Auction at the October 2017 ADGA convention in Texas, when we met her.  The does we purchased made the long ride from Idaho to Texas, then from Texas to our farm in Louisiana.

Balloon was a first freshener the 2017 Spring Kidding Season.  We must admit we were disappointed in her udder size and milk output after her first freshening, however many first fresheners greatly improve in their subsequent freshenings, so this is our hope.

We have bred her for the 2020 season with Hawkeye and are interested in seeing what this pairing will produce, as well as seeing how she does on the production side of things.
